StreetShine was built on a simple idea: clean streets create stronger communities. What started as a small pressure washing and window cleaning service quickly grew into something bigger—a way to give back to the city we love.
We saw that downtown Victoria businesses needed reliable, affordable cleaning to keep their storefronts looking sharp. At the same time, we saw people in our community who wanted to work but faced barriers to traditional jobs. StreetShine was created to bridge that gap.
Our Mission
StreetShine’s mission is to deliver professional, affordable pressure washing and window cleaning that revitalizes Victoria’s downtown core and inner harbor while creating meaningful opportunities for people in our community.
We are committed to keeping storefronts, sidewalks, and windows spotless so local businesses can shine at their best. At the same time, our Community Crew program provides flexible micro-shifts and supportive employment for individuals facing barriers, turning work into a path toward dignity and inclusion.
